Why on some things that you buy is Canada's price higher then the US price?

Just curious as to why it's like that!

  1. In a way we are paying the same because their dollar is worth more so they pay less and visa versa for us. But with things like produce it also has to do with how we are more up north and it costs more to ship it to us. I hope this helps.

  4. All of the others are correct but our trade dutys, import dutys and taxes differ from the US and we do not buy in the same bulk as our population is 1/10th that of the US population.
