Hi,
Am on dieting but during the weekend I observe that I eat more food as compare to weekdays. So am not getting any pound reduced as I am expecting by doing workout. Am also keenly observing that my tendency to physical exercise on Saturday and the Sunday is less as compare to working days, it might be due to lazy weekend days.
Please guide me how I should coupe this situation with balance diet and more motivated to workout even on weekends.
