Why or why not would you be satisfied as a telecommuter?

I would never feel like I was putting in an honest days work if I was at home wearing pajamas while I was analyzing a report or creating a presentation for a big meeting.  For me there is no structure at home - just a computer, a fridge, a TV when I feel like it, the cinema.....a veritable field-trip, as it were.  I don't know, telecommuting would not be for me.  And for 5 years I commuted 450 miles a week to/from work - you'd think I'd've pounced on the chance to save a day or two of driving, but no.  I like the structure, I like getting up, getting dressed, and interacting with colleagues M-F.
