Why people are not killed by their internal pressures in the pressure-absent environment (space) ?

Question

i heard that we have internal pressures which prevent us from being crushed to death by the atmospheric pressure. however, there is no pressure in the outer space and our internal pressures are still present.

why the astronauts can survive?

In addition to space suits, and pressurized space vessels, it turns out that most of your body is in the form of not very compressible stuff.  So it doesn't expand all that much in a vacuum.  It can be quite unpleasant, though.

The short answer to your question, though, is that astronauts are (hopefully) not exposed directly to the vacuum of space. They spend their time inside of space craft such as the space shuttle, the space station, or other space capsules which are designed to be air tight, and thus do not lose pressure when they go into space. If astronauts need to go outside their spacecraft, then they wear space suits, which keep their bodies surrounded by pressure, so that they can survive in space.

Their suits are specially designed to equalize the pressure within it.

The can't survive unprotected in space. They must stay inside the pressurized space craft or wear a pressurized space suit.
