With all the good qualities , humans have been provided with some bad qualities as well , and Jealousy is one of such. This is jealousy which makes  some people unable to tolerate other peoples' growth.

People who are afraid of others cannot tolerate the growth of others.  Real intelligent people are never afraid of others as they are confidant about themselves. They never think that the growth of others is a threat to their existence. Instead they think more intelligent and well grown people are the assets for the society. In short coward and non intelligent people cannot tolerate the growth of others.

i can tolerate growth of others.........but i could not tolerate the growth of my enemies,those who hurt me.thats all.....otherwise i am not jealous.but i do feel some people do not deserve what they get,but thats when i feel they are fake, or dont have any love for anybody.i also hate peopel who are arrogant.

It is because of most hated nature of humanbeings that is jelousy.luckily idont have such feeling.I am always happy to see others growth.With that I also wish to grow.
