Why people cant vsee the reasoning for different types of pens.?

many jobs need them, if your a writer or love to write stories and stuff you need a pen to be good!!! dont you agree

Yes I do agree. When you use a cheap pen it just doesn't write as nice. All those cheap pens tend to skip alot. And the ink always smears.

I go for gel type - black ink, extra fine point.  My company offers all the bics I can carry but they just don't do it for me.

I haven't ever really asked anyone about pen preferences.. I guess because I don't really care what they use or why. But I don't think a pen has anything to do with whether or not you are a good writer.  I'm sure there are many well-known, published authors who never use a pen, and many that do.  And of the many who do, there's probably a good amount of them who don't really have a specific preference.  And for those who have a preference, I'm sure they DO "see" the reasons for whatever type they prefer.  I love to do some creative writing and poetry, but rarely, if ever, use a pen.
