  1. conflict means friction for organizations. you can't have a too comfy a workplace.

    no one likes to be confronted on anything, and people go to great lengths to avoid it, or refuse to acknowledge responsibility.


  2. People may fear confrontations maybe b/c of the fear of being broken, torn open, exposed..

    It can be advantageous for this purpose, in fact.

  3. i think they say something like conflict generates results? like if you want to keep the workers on their toes u throw a little conflict in like a rumour of pay cuts or something and they all start freaking out, turning against each other..things happen i guess..more of an organisational studies thing or something.

  4. This seems a vague question to me. People fear confrontations because it puts them on the spot, people don't generally like to be told what to do, and there is often something that they want to hide. I think conflicts could be advantageous to a corporation.... they could sue someone for all they are worth if there is enough warrant for it. Hope this helps! :o)
