Yeah I agree with everyone, It is the responsibilities that one should undertake and the adjustments to be made, which definitely hinders your freedoms to some extent. For whom ppl are doing this is also very important, this decides whether u r willing to undergo all this. They think and hesitate even more bcoz marriage is supposed to be a lifetime commitment.

Maybe also they have seen that marriage is a difficult thing and perhaps when they look at some of their married friends, relatives, parents and even total strangers, they don't see much happiness...only struggle and disappointment.  Not that it is like that for everyone but if you see enough then you will be a bit scared.

It is since ages,loving dnt need anything except two beings but marriage is commitment.when duties are on our head everyone thinks like dat.

I think marriage is a problem nowadays. it is impossible to survive in any marriage, there is no marriage that is 100% a success, some couples look good and happy and some say they are happy, but actually, marriage is full of difficult issues, every day there is a new problem arising, two people both educated, from different backgrounds, different cultures and life styles, when they are bound in a relation it is tough. they just push and pull the rope, and either one of them has to compromise, or both.

Just  they want to get rid of responsibilities. They are cost concious

also. Most of them are "HAPPY GO LUCKY" an easy attitude

marriage involves commitment for life,greater responsibilities,in terms of physical labour,finance  and an emotional balnce.so not many are willing to accept this

It depends on whether,(A),  they have been married before ,(B), it's a shot gun marriage, (C) their children hate your guts, (D) Your children hate their guts, (E) the father in law just gave you the wedding bill!
