Negotiation for the resolution of differences of goals, is the only way to achieve positive  results  that gives each cohart equal opportunity to present how they believe that their idea is the one that will provide positive results. for the attainment of the success of the solution.  The values each of us hold actually result from those valued in our family.  Opposition to the contribution made by the each individual is simply a matter of ethnic acculration that is the structure the defines how we determine our priorities.  The truly effective solution for  ironing  out the wrinkles that are always present when a group, or even just one person comes to the table, with which they belive is the "perfect" solution  for the success of  innovation  Colaboration and leaving ones ego at  the door  is quite necessary if solutions resulting in positive results for the group, or "company" are to be achieved.  Cultural, ethnic, and personal "group" traditon  are the  "flies in the ointment". The effort  of  reinforcing a continuim  that the individual believes is one  mostly benificial to the group, or one's own ego reinforcement personal agenda is very strong.  I accept that good minds, and their attitude of the realization  that someone else may have a better "idea"  really threatens ones personal concept of value.  Now to the crux of your question.  Anyone who is involved  in a team assembled for creating  a  a realistic solution for the purpose of  structuring a  design which provides a plan of improvement, and of course, increased revenue for the company,  must accept the reality that every success results from intelligent data contribution, and listening to, how the dynamics of their contribution will be a strong  consideration brainstormed by the members of the team.No person is an island, referring  to

    a well worn cliche, can always be exemplified by the data which illustrates the value of a conposit of contribution.
