Why people living in Winchmore Hill London are so RUDE?

I worked for one week as a surveyor and i had never ever met this much rude people in any other part of London. I have worked in richer areas than Winchmore Hill and i met alot of good and sweet people who were very helpful too.

because they think they are better than everyone else, but annoyed that they are not living in a richer part of London than they are already in.

It just how our socity is sorry , but dont worry it because people are just busy and find people like you annoying because there nothing init for us however i understand were your coming from and when am doing a job like your i get alot of feedback because i am preety and bubble so ican attract alot of people to me lol ... and them rich people think there to good for us
