Why people sitting in high chairs don't hear to the public ?

When these people retired, they found that the system is not working. Why they donot try to improve the systems and institutions but became a part of the old practice ?

Should they resist the ongoing system and be a change leader for the society to move into the new global system?.your opinion for the next Global social system ,

  1. It is easy to maintain status quo and it is difficult to change either oneself or other or he system.

    resist the system may cause inconnvenience to a number of person who derive benefit from the present inadequate system. If anyone want to change it, friction arises automaticaly. So strong will power is prime factor to resist the system. i do not say that all people are coward or bad but they do not strong enough to fight the system. Some one come foreward and act as leader.

    In some xtent the leader capable to do something special but the person deriving benefit from the old system harase the leader in such a way that he also become part of the old system and very soon the new good system replaced by the old system.

    but if the leader is so strong that they do not allow other to rplace the new system. again to protect the new system the leader play malafied game. He subsequently believe in t*t for tat. so bad reaction for bad action. Thay fight each other and lastly the do not have spare time to listen the public.
