they look for full filling the shortcomings in their relationships.

if a partner is introvert then second one gets attracted to a talkative and open person. if one is obese other one looks for athletic one .

in short they look for complimentary person who fills those voids.

but that is not the solution nor it justifies this type of relationships.

that should be restricted to healthy friendship which should improve your life not destroy it.

The after effects of having s*x; generally otherwise, and especially in married life; gives a sense of freedom of self in self to both of the couples; which drives both later; to seek more pleasure in different ways, through diffrent means, and with different methods; which in turn results in giving a feel of joy to their senses.  

All of Mankind; in effect is a seeker. It is inheritently a seeker of; freedom in self; and pleasure and joy of freedom of self; for its self;

It not only knows the other s*x only; as the source of such freedom, pleasure, and joy for self; but also knows the power of the intelligence of self to use the sense of freedom of self; as the ability of self to perform actions of self; as per the needs and requirements of self only..

The lack of knowledge in self; about the knowledge of the true identity of self; and of the true needs and requirements of the true self; his ignorence towards it; and the inability of his self to educate his self with the true consciousness and true awareness of it; drives him to freely used the powers of determinations of self.

It ignorently uses the sense of freedom of self only as the ability of self; to become able to perform actions of self only; as per the wishes and desires of self only;  for the fulfillments of the needs and requirements of freedom, pleasure, and joy of the ignorent, unaware, and subconscious self; by self only.

Through verse 8; in chapter 16 of SHREEMAD BHAGWAT GITA; LORD SHREE KRISHNA; delivers and imparts the knowledge of the following to SHREE ARJUNA.

Chapter 16, Verse 7.

Those who are demoniac do not know what is to be done and what is not to be done. Neither cleanliness nor proper behavior nor truth is found in them.

Chapter 16, Verse 8.

They say that this world is unreal, that there is no foundation and that there is no God in control. It is produced of s*x desire, and has no cause other than lust.

Chapter 16, Verse 9.

Following such conclusions, the demoniac, who are lost to themselves and who have no intelligence, engage in unbeneficial, horrible works meant to destroy the world.

Chapter 16, Verse 10.

The demoniac, taking shelter of insatiable lust, pride and false prestige, and being thus illusioned, are always sworn to unclean work, attracted by the impermanent.

Chapter 16, Verse 11-12.

They believe that to gratify the senses unto the end of life is the prime necessity of human civilization. Thus there is no end to their anxiety. Being bound by hundreds and thousands of desires, by lust and anger, they secure money by illegal means for sense gratification.
