  2. You have not said anything about your physical health. You may be weak and anemic.

  3. maybe stress?

  4. Firstly I would recommend seeing a Doctor.

Have you noticed any other changes in your health or behaviour over the past 4-5 months?

There are a number of reasons for late/missed periods:

    1. Hyperthyroidism - common in your age group associated with feeling hot, sweating, racing heartbeat, weightloss without loss of appetite, bulging eyes, irritability, tremor, and bulging eyes. Not all of these symptoms need to be present.

    2. Stress/depression.

    3. Excessive exercise.

    4. Eating disorders causing significant weightloss.

    5. Hyperprolactinoma - associated with production of breast milk: caused by tumour in hypothalamus or drugs such as phenothiazines and haloperidol.

    6. Polycystic ovary disease - cysts in ovaries associated with excessive hair growth (hirsuitism), acne, depression, oily skin, and obesity.

    7. If you've had abdominal surgery you mya have adhesions.

    8. Haemochormatosis - excess iron - associated with jaundice, accumulation of fluid in the abdomen, depression, fatigue, arthritis and many more (cardiac arrhythmia's/heart failure).

    9. Drugs.

    10. It may just be idiopathic (no cause).

You've said your not taking any drugs. Go and see a Doctor. He/she will perform some tests and be able to give you an accurate diagnosis.

    Hope this helps.

  5. it's probably in your genes. ask your relatives, go to the doctor. try to list all the possible options of why this is happening to you and investigate and cross out the bad ones. i knew a lady who had the same thing as you. turns out she got it from her mom's aunt. good luck!

  6. see your doctor,

she's the only one who can judge.

  7. STRESS, YOUR EATING HABITS...... BUT I CAN'T BELIVE YOUR MARRIED AND HAVENT HAD s*x IN A YEAR..THAT WOULD STRESS ME OUT

  8. I would guess you are going into perimenopause. This is the transition into menopause. Periods become irregular, you may experience hot flashes, mood swings, anxiety and a host of other issues. It can take 10 years to complete and during that time you may have times when it all seems normal again. Menopause does not happen until you have missed 12 complete periods in a row, until that time, it is called perimenopause.

My doctor explained it to me like this. you ovaries are in there saying we are working, we are working... and suddenly they look up and go "Were we doing something? I forgot what we were doing?" Then they remember and go back to functioning normal for a bit and then they forget again. LOL Eventually they just start staring off into space and behaving like little ovary Alzheimer patients. (That's when Menopause is complete. LOL)

  9. Sometimes people just don't become regular for ages.. i'm sure there's no problem, maybe go to the doctor to have it checked just in case..

  10. sexual urge pregancy tension and stress

ask ur husband to have s*x and make sure u hv an o****m everything will be fine

  11. You hormones can fluctuate widely during your lifetime.  Also, lots of exercise can alter your periods as can lots of stress.  Maybe one of these is causing a problem.

  12. UR PREGNANT!

  13. Stress can extend you cycle, so can your hormones if they are out of balance.  Take 10 drops of Vitex (chaste tree berry) tincture in the morning in some water.  It's known to help regulate a woman's cycle.

  14. There are a few reasons that could effect it - has anything changed dramatically in the last 4-6 months for you?  Stress can dramatically effect the way your body/hormones work.  Also, have you lost a LOT of weight lately??

If something has changed for you - like if you got a new job 6 months ago, and you're now cycling different that's no big deal.  Women tend to cycle with other women, so it can change from time to time.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it unless you're making youself sick from stress or have lost too much weight.

If this doesn't answer your concerns, I would visit your OBGYN and ask her if there's cause for concern.

  15. The best thing to to would be to go see your docter s/he can help you :)

  16. Some people say that as we age the cycle of our period is longer than the normal 28 to 30 days and the number of days we have it is shorter. Whenever I want my period to flow stronger I drink a lot of water and regular coke. There's something in the coke that really helps push the blood out. It also lessens the cramps and the number of days that I have my period.
