no u fool........who tells tat plant cells r green. It's leaf cell is green b'coz of "chlorophyll"-a natural pigment having green colour. But   d other parts of plant do not hav green coloured cell. To see them we hav to add some pigments lik mithiline blue etc. By tat d colour less cells get colour n we can see them.
