Why pokerstars wont let me make a new account ?

i made one long time ago and i forget what is it now they wont let me have a new one unless i remember the new one how can i fix this

Why not recover the username and password from the old one?

because then you can have 2 players at one table at the same time, and you can cheat knowing what the other player has.  If you are in a room with the 2 of you and one other player you can win every time.
