why do my gums really ache after running or cycling??

  1. No idea, but my teeth do. weird.

It is more than likely just from the pressure of running and going over bumps and things on your bike, i heard that even though teeth are solid in position they still jolt unnoticably when doing some types of exercise. This is probably why your gums are aching. Mine do it a lot especially  for hours after cleaning my teeth .

  3. maybe when ur running ur mouth is smacking up into the top of ur jaw and its doing it lightly so u can feel it or maybe ur griting ur teeth

  4. I think its something to do with the fact then when you run or cycle you get your blood pumping faster, so more blood is pumped to your gums, causing them to ache from the pressure of the blood build up!
