Why r rich ppl so rich n poor ppl forever poor?

Because rich people have the money to better themselves. They have money to pay for tuition, for the best books and teachers, opening a business is easy because they have the money to do so etc.

Poor people aren't necessarily poor forever but it is harder to become rich when you don't have money in the first place.
