Why r sum ppl so rude?

now, there's a bunch of rude ppl such as bullies, etc. but is it that sumthin happened to them in life or that they just naturally have a black heart?

9 times out of 10 its because they had something mean done to them. However, some people are just born mean because usually they are reared in an evironment like that and thats all they can relate too. Some people are treated badly but still are nice. So it depends on the person.
