Why schools should do away with examinations?

I have a debate which the topic is 'SCHOOLS SHOULD DO AWAY WITH EXAMINATIONS'. I'm in the preposition team so,what should i propose?

We have to have them or else how would they know what level we are. If is standard testing then they shouldn't because there is no point but they have to have midterms and finals to see what you learned!
