I have faced this question in the interview, it was slightly different, "Tell me three good reasons as why should i select you for this job?"

I have cleared the previous 6 rounds and this is the final round, so i have the knowledge to do the job

I want to learn new things in this job

I am made for this job (Not true though:p)

Give them a brief about your strenghts, how you can contribute to the growth of the organisation and if you are relatively inexperienced to the other candidates give them the example:

Professionals built the Titanic and Amateurs built the Ark
