Why should I be intersted in science?

A great question.If we want to become a scientist or an astronaut we must love science. We must imagine that science is like God's first,amazing,fasinating or totaly outrages creation.I am science no.1 fan.There are so many intersting title about science.In 'Islam' they say that science is the first recreation of God than Islam itself.Many people say science is boring.But I say it's fasinating.For me science is part of my family or like girlfriend.So be intrested in science & have a nice day.

I would question any answer that says that science stopped in the Islam-affected world at 700 AD.  Having studied the Crusades extensively, I can say that much scientific thought came out of that part of the world until about 1500.  Islam did not always foster this learning, but the first several hundred years of Islam did not lead to anti-scientific thinking in general.

Like you I am passionate about science, though I guess that would be a good thing considering that I teach it.  Most scientists don't spiritualise their science, but some do, and they come from many faiths.  I am born-again Christian, and find no clash with my beliefs and science: though many do!

Science should be pure, and not lumped with personal stuff, it should be based on fact and research... otherwise it becomes

You should not be using the word 'Science' in the same sentence as 'Islam', or indeed 'Christianity'! Science and religion are anathema!  Science, for better or worse, is real! Religion and gods exist only in the mind!
