Okay, now everybody in the world have started to drink other milk than the natural ones.

I still drink natural milk, after I heated and sterilize it. But most doctor said that I shouldn't drink such milk anymore because it is unhealthy?? I have to move to high calcium milk and low fat??? What's up with that? I don't trust such products. Calcium can not be made!

How come natural milk is no longer healthy?

  1. I think that it is not so much an Natural Milk is no longer healthy, I believe it is still very healthy but, I think it is the fat in the milk that people are afraid of.

Here is the thing, my Sister has extremely High Cholesterol...she has to eat low fat.

I have don't really eat low fat and have never had a Cholesterol problem so, but, I am over weight and she is not. Go Figure.

I also think there is more focus on using milks like Rice or Soy milk because so many people are Lactose Intolerant which is funny because Goats Milk is really good for people who are Lactose Intolerant. I know in Asia everyone is Lactose Intolerant and many, many people there and now here drink Soy Milk.

People's thinking on nutrition is constantly changing...a few years ago Eggs were the big bad guy and now it seems like it is more Breads and such. Whole Milk is still as healthy as it ever was.

  2. Your doctors are WRONG!! Most doctors are only required to take 12 hours of a nutrition class in medical school and shouldn't be advising anyone on nutrition unless they are a qualified dietitian.

Drinking milk that you get directly from a farm is much better than milk that you buy from the store.  Often times, milk sold in stores is teeming with hormones, antibiotics, and somatic cells.  So drinking "natural" would probably be better for you.

But, I believe that dairy alternatives are the best for you.  Soy/rice/almond/hemp/oat milk all provide vitamins and minerals and they taste great too.
