  5. Milan is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.First thing I would like to see there is AC Milan's stadium San Siro.Milan is the capital of fashion. There r also many cathedrals like Duomo. And there is Biblioteca Ambrosiana, containing drawings and notebooks by Leonardo da Vinci among its vast holdings of books, manuscripts, and drawings, and is one of the main repositories of European culture. The city is also the home of the Brera Academy of Fine Arts.

And the church Santa Maria delle Grazie is housting one of the most famous paintings of Leonardo da Vinci!

Well u can see many interesting things in Milan=)

  6. It's a beautiful city, and it's the capital of fashion.  A bit expensive, though.

  7. MIlan is Italys second largest city.

The Duomo is the most outstanding example of Gothic-Lombard architecture, the Duomo dates back to 1300.

The Scala is the most famous Opera House to see.

Santa Maria delle Grazie was built in the second half of the fifteenth century. Leonardo da Vinci painted “The Last Supper” in the refectory, which is one of the most famous works of art ever painted.

The Castello Sforzeco is very interesting and hold Michelangelos last unfinished piece. Parco Sempione stands behind Castello Sforzesco. It is huge and fascinating with its lakes, meadows and little bridges. It is the ideal place to spend a Sunday afternoon in the fresh air.

The Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio and The Palaeo-Christian Basilica of San Lorenzo are very old and nice to visit.

The fashion district is fun to explore. Galleria Vittorio Emanuele

was built around 1870 and is called the “salotto di Milano” (The Milan Lounge): If you walk along its cross-shaped "arms", topped by the glass and iron structure, you can see old coffee-shops, restaurants, boutiques and historical bookshops.

The soccer stadium is huge and going to a game (whether AC Milan or Inter Milan) is a blast.

The Naviglio neighborhood makes up one of the most charming places in Milan, with the old, typical “case di ringhiera” houses, antique shops and hundreds of clubs standing on each side.

The region around Milan is not that pretty, but you can take the train and in 45 minutes you are up at Lake Como and it is georgous (the town of Como is pretty old and very beautiful).

Milan is a pretty safe city and it is a lot of fun to walk around and explore. The people are generally pretty friendly (I found them friendlier that people in Rome or Florence, probably because they are not so fed up with tourists).

I really liked Milan and would go back anytime.
