Why should I vote for McCain?, because he's white?

What is going on? Why McCain over Obama, Why Obama over McCain... Do you think race is a factor? Are we all RICH that we WANT McCain to raise taxes? Keep our troops in Iraq? A man who thinks middle class makes under 5 million? Why wouldnt we want CHANGE for America? Why wouldnt we want our taxes cut, and gas prices lowered? I dont understand the benefits of voting for McCain... Please tell me now...

McCain does not want to raise your taxes Obama does, Obama is just as rich a person as anyone and makes millions between his wife and hisself so not that much different from McCain there, neither one can lower gas prices so that is off for both and so far the only one i have seen or heard use the race card is the Obamas so I shall have to say if i want my freedoms to mean something before i loose anymore of them i shall vote McCain

1.) There is already a planed cutback and all combat troops are scheduled to be home before 2011.

2.) Race is a none factor... it's 2008... vote for character... it will benefit everyone.

3.) If you tax wealth you hurt all working people.  Last time I checked, I am working with the plan to accumulate some wealth.  I hope the govt doesn't take the fruits of my work away.  I hope you feel the same way.

First and foremost you should NEVER vote for anyone because of the color of their skin or their gender.  You should vote for the person whose views and principles most closely reflect your own.  Obama is not going to cut taxes.  You may remember in 1992 Bill Clinton pledged to raise taxes on those making $200,000 or more per year.  In the end, those making $42,000 paid more.  Obama cannot lower the price of gasoline.  We have a free market system in the United States.

Well, I ran the math, and you cannot give 95% of the population a tax cut, provide socialized medicine to the country, cut the deficient, clean up the social security mess, hand out billions of dollars to foreign countries, fix our failing schools, provide free college educations, fix our infrastructure, lower the price of gas (by taxing it????) without changing supply and demand, place windmills on every building without raising taxes.

I would have to say he is lying.  But I am sure if we HOPE just a little more these things will just fix themselves.  I suppose my not agreeing with you makes me a racist.  I can live with that.

Some people see Barack as a socialist with Marxist views.  Everyone is entitled their own vote.  If you feel Obama is better for the Presidency than McCain make your voice heard and go vote.

Barack is NOT going to lower your taxes!!

Bush gave tax cuts and Barack wants them to expire.  Under Bush if you have 1 child you get a $1000. additional deduction.  Under Barack's plan you get $500.  Which is better?  Do some studying on your man and his promises.

Because he's not Obama.

Obama is a corrupt Chicago-area politician, who betrayed people close to him to gain his power, even his former mentor. He has the charm of a Hollywood star, but he is nothing but a talking head, and a puppet of the people in charge of his campaign. His views and policies are far left, but he is pretending to be a moderate until he (hopefully) loses the election.

McCain plans to keep the Bush tax cuts that meant more dollars in most tax paying Americans pockets. He intends to keep our military strong against threats. Obama wants to take money from the military.

Obama plans to give, give, give to people without mentioning how he's going to pay, pay, pay for it. The way is taxation. Very high taxes for almost everyone.

What kind of question is this? Because he is white? No vote because he is the best candidate. Obama speaks of change but that is all he does  Talk .He has not drawn fourth on any of his promises and furthermore he picked a criminal for a Vp that doesn't either. McCain made the "change" today by showing he is flexible enough to accept something more than talk . Obama wants to raise our taxes to 43% of our gross annual income. McCain wants to push to make American self sufficient again . He picked a VP that has already done it for Alaska. Vote for who will secure your future not race creed or popular tricks.

That is it.  There is no good reason to vote for McCain.  I will say it that many, NOT ALL, but many many many people will vote for McCain because Obama is either the wrong color or has a funny name.  That is all that matters for most people.  So yes, many people will vote for McCain because he is white.
