Why should I wear blush?

Question

Does it look natural? I don't want pink blotches on my cheeks that look bad. ON my face I only wear loose powder foundation but I wondwer if I should add blush.

WHhich do you recommend and do I need a new brush? Oh which color do you know is right?

Use a light blush.  but if you are naturally red in the face, it won't do anything and it will just look weird.  You could use a yellowish-based powder to counteract redness.

When you apply, smile big (i know it feels weird) you want to apply right at the apple of your checks, DO NOT take it up to your hairline as most girls do (unless your going for a dramatic look of course) keep it on the cheeks and a little goes a long way, you dont to look like someone slapped you! give a try, youll like the contrast it adds to your face

I don't wear bright pink drugstore blush but I use ones from bare minerals like the all over face colors soft focus and warm radiance. When you put on foundation it can cover your natural blush color. Not only does it put it back but it makes you look better because you don't have this flat color to your face from only foundation. I think a little bit of natural slightly shimmery blushbmakes you look a lot better with a "healthy glow"

i would never go out with blush but im pale skinned at it really does make a difference to me - i prefer a soft pink or peach - it just makes me look prettier stops me from looking so washed out,

but if ur tanned or dark skinned then maybe u dont need to  bother depedns on ur complexion really

But Here Is My Advice, Try Just A Little Bit Of Blush On Your Cheeks And Blend, If You Still Think It Makes Your Cheeks Look Blotchy, Then Blush Is Not For You, Sometimes The Blush Compacts Come With Mini Brushes, If Not You Can Purchase One Just About Anywhere. Then There's The Cream Blushes They Are A Bit Tricky To Use. Selecting The Right Blush For Your Skin Tone Is Tricky, For Beginers I'd Recommend A Very Pale Pink Blush, This Way It's Not To Dramatic On The Face. I Use A Blush I Bought From Avon Called Coral Myth, And Its For Warm Toned Completions. I Use More Now Then Usual, Cause Of My Summer Tan And It Works To Have That Healthy Glow. Just choose the right colors. I can't live without blush cause it really makes my complexion look good. Just apply blush with a light hand, not too hard. Jane sells really good blushes you could find at the drugstores.

It looks natural if you apply it right. Using a powder blush ( i like the bare minerals blush) and applying lightly in circular motions on the apple of your cheeks sweeping up to your hair line ( just above the ears) will look natural. As long as you start light and blend good it should not look unnatural. Since you wear a powder foundation sticking with a loose powder plush is good.

You should try a blush and see if you like it. If you don't like it or don't think you need it do not wear it. blush is usually used in an evening look, on a special event or to distract peoples attention from a girls shape face or other feature they do not like.

To pick the right colour go for a run or a workout, or anything to make your face become flushed. The colour in your cheeks is the colour of blush that will look best on you. Some people pick different colours aswell, and stick usually with the pinks.

Most blushes will come with a brush. But to apply the blush to your cheek apples splurge on a fluffy soft big round brush. As long as you look after the brush you'll never need to buy another one. So if you wear blush once in a while just wash the brush about every five uses. Every day was once a week.

I do not recomend you wearing blush though if you wear dark lips and dark eyes. There is already a fight for attention between those two features. If your make up is oh-so-natural looking the blush can make you look younger looking. Since blushing is associated with innocents and younger girls.

So if you like how the blush looks on you wear it if you want to. other than that you can always just pinch your cheeks, lol!

Blush just adds color to your face and takes attention away from your nose.
