Why should Leafs tank it for a Number one pick?

In order to take the number one pick there must be some history to wanting that pick.Five questions on First Picks and Stanley Cups.

1. How many number 1 overall picks have won a Stanley Cup playing for their drafting team?

2. Who was the first?

3. Who was the last?

4. Who won the most?

5. Who won twice for the drafting team while playing for another team between wins?

I've got way too much time on my hands.
