Don't know bout the other blokes but I'd say its for the dough dude. No way he'd consider moving to "better" himself. Everyone knows that Real Madrid have a habit of ruining superstars ex: "Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos, Beckham." So if its only bout the challenge then he wouldn't mind signing for another club like Barcelona, Milan for a much lower salary now wouldn't he?
