its not like her daughter is gonna have to drop outta school and never make it to college because she has a deadbeat family and she has to do everything herself.........i mean seriously.........think she'll be home on the weekends to see her baby when she hits college?

hey since she'll be living in the white house will she be considered in a way a welfare mother?

and dont start with those "baby killing" comments.........we all know d**n well in a normal american household no parent would be proud to be a grand parent when their kid is only 17. we all know d**n well the limited resources for parents her age in normal america........and partial birth abortion has absolutely no medical definition......and the only time they are -ever- done is when the baby has flaws that will kill it in the first hours of its life.

  1. It's hard to have sympathy for someone who is against state funded s*x ed classes, or free birth control at schools....

I hope this shows the conservatives that abstinence only does not work, even in their own conservative families!

  2. I have sympathy for the daughter. Can you imagine telling that mom you want birth control or an abortion?  Plus if you want a pregnant teen to be ridiculed, step into the national spotlight with an anti-abortion, anti-birth control, pro-abstinence only education stance

  3. You should have sympathy, a seventeen year old isn't prepared for the challenges of raising a child.  She is going to have even more scrutiny under this week at the RNC.  Her very private life has become public and many well vocalize how irresponsible she and perhaps her mother was.

It's one thing to be the pregnant girl in high school that where rumors are being said within the student body.  It something else entirely when I becomes part of the national political discourse.

  4. I doubt the Palin's really care if you or anyone else has sympathy for them, how many babies in this country are planned, most of us should probably be named "oops".

  5. Vice Presidents don't live in the white house. They have an office on capital hill.

  6. Republicans don't ask for symathy, that's the Democrats you are thinking of......

  7. the real issue is that palin is pro-abstinence, anti-birth control pills and see what happened....that's why it matters. It's not just about her daughter getting pregnant coz it happens to a lot of teens but it's what Palin stands for.

  8. I don't think they are asking for your sympathy or mine. It's their family business, not ours.

  9. Don't have any, hypocrites don't deserve it

  10. Sympathy? She hasn't asked for any nor will she.

What kind of a stupid question is this anyway?

I suppose that you do not know anyone in your life that has ever had to overcome life's curves? I was one so was my grandchild and also your empty suit! You know the one that doesn't want his daughters to be punished with a baby!

  11. Shut up, no one cares. This is about Electing a President, not Parent of the year. Democrat for McCain/Palin 2008.

  12. You don't need to have sympathy.  All of those saying that schools should have free birth control really need to sit down and think for a little bit.  What message does that bring?  It is saying it is ok to have s*x while in high school.  s*x is something that should only be performed when married.  Call me old fashioned, but also notice how many more problems exist since this became a 'normal' thing to do.

  13. You can do whatever you want.If you work for Obama you may want to check this link out.

  14. Don't have sympathy. This is the consequence of not teaching people about birth control.

  15. No sympathy is requested.

The baby will be supported by her and her boyfriend. They may get support from their families. That doesn't make her a welfare baby. She won't live in the White House dummy that is where the president lives.

  16. sympathy more like empathy and they didn't ask for your sympathy or your condemnation so you can keep both. its nobodies business but theirs and they didn't kill or hurt anybody else so why should they be crucified like this the daughter made a bad choice but its not a death sentence she could still make something of her life and her childs
