Btw, I am a first generation U.S. born citizen on my dad's side. He was born in Mexico, legally came to the U.S. at age 8 with his family, got an education and started a business. Why should illegal immigrants be allowed to gain residency when they broke the law to get here? It sickens me and is a disgrace to those law-abiding immigrants and the citizens of our great country. Why should my tax dollars go to support law breakers?

  1. Yes. I agree with you, they are cheating and breaking the law. while the dems are covering their ***. They should earn it the hard way.

  2. they work hard here and do many jobs that americans dont do.

  3. They shouldn't, but no one does anything because that would put an end to cheap labor as we know it.

  4. I don't care if I have to go broke to support a penniless Mexican family and their children. The future is, in fact, in any child's hands, and illegal vs. legal is a cute toy humans make up to defend the pride of their territory. It's a primitive thing you have to learn to get over.

I'll remind you that you asked this when disaster strikes and the terms of humanity actually (gasp) come before the terms of arrogant American laws.

  5. I totally agree with you Belinda. It's not as if the US says that immigrants (of all nationalities) are not allowed to come to this country. There is simply a process that must be followed, laws that must be abided by. Funny how people want to come to a country who's laws they do not want to abide.

I'm tired of hearing the argument that their ILLEGAL slave wages contribute to the economy, so does the ILLEGAL funds made from the sale of drugs, guns, human trafficking, etc but I don't see anyone trying to make that legal. Although these crimes are very different/more severe at the end of the day I am a firm proponent of people obeying the LAW. If a mother that writes a bad check to feed her children can go to jail or a person that stills a slice a pizza can get life for their 3rd strike than immigrants should also be punished (as opposed to rewarded with various benefits) for breaking the law. Making exceptions is why we're in the position we're in now.

  6. If all the illegal immigrants are to be sent back to their native countries right now, the economy of US will collapse because many businesses have illegal immigrants-----farms, hotels, maintenance jobs, etc. You don't realize how many illegal immigrants US businesses depend on, just the farms alone. Nobody's going to harvest your products and it would take time to recruit workers from other countries legally. I am not saying being illegal is ok but this is the reality.

  7. Hmm. you got a point there. Dunno.

  8. Look, immigrants work for a living in this country.. They work and get money to survive... They don't receive welfare like White ppl do, and everyone who is here legally.. They work and dont get food stamps, or medicaid, or anything...Besides you shouldn't be racist towards mexican ppl because youre dad is mexican... and you are mexican as well.. You ain't white.. i can see it in your name.. So stop acting like you are a white citizen.

  9. The thing that made it a great country was that it was more free than most other countries, now it's a closed shop w. v. little freedom, it's easier to get into Russia or China.  Support stupid laws and your family's tax will have to go on law breakers.  If you had kept free immigration you might now have a population that would be big enough to compete w. the new super powers of over a billion citizens but you banned immigrants w. expensive bureaucracy that wasted zillions.

  10. "Why should my tax dollars go to support law breakers?" Where do you think tax dollars come from exactly? And how exactly do you think illegal immigrants buy things without paying sales tax on them?

  11. THEY SHOULDN'T.  If we don't start deporting them we should start killing them.
