Why should the Jena 6 have a retrial because of jury race?

There were 50 african americans who were summoned to court but none showed up. How can you have a mixed race jury when only whites show up.

  2. This whole retrial because somebody doesn't like the color of the jury bit is c**p!  Random selection, and take what comes.. it's the only fair way.

    Besides, these guys are guilty as sin.  Let them pay for their crimes.

    Its like when black people wonder why there are not enough of them in a particular job I always wonder... how many applied?

    You can't have a mixed scene when a half isn't doing their part.
