Why should the US continue to fund the Iraq war when they have oil profits in excess of $149 Billion Dollars?

Didn't Bush say that the Iraq Oil profits would pay for this war?

  1. You can't expect the victims of a war to pay for it surely. If the US can't afford the price of conflict then it should not have gone into Iraq. Bush says a lot of things, which by now you should know are just for the saying.


  2. No Bush said he wouldn't charge Iraq for the war to give them a clean start! Also it was your side that said the war was for oil! Also you ignored my question before> How did Bush lie?

  4. No. Actually Bush has said all along that Iraq would not have to pay for any of the war.

    Why aren't the democrats who control congress doing something about this? They control the spending, not Bush.
