Because some of the Japanese girls there are hot!!! But seriously, it has lots of people there so you cant get lost (tokyo is the largest city in the world in terms of population), great food, very unique country, naturally beautiful, japan is 70% mountains, Japan is made up of over 6000 islands.

your brochure should have a theme. for eg - Japan - the sporting mecca. then have individual pages for each point you need to highlight. Infrastructure, cuisine, crowd-pulling appeal etc. have bright pictures to support the text. keep the text concise with bullet points.
