Why should we help the Middle East?

Why should Americans - like you - help civil rights reformers in the Middle East?

Because the country that runs America has a vested interest in seeing Muslim countries in conflict.

All under the guise of "helping" them

Wow! Helping the Middle-East, is a one hand wash the other. If you must contemplate and question yourself about helping someone, then you probably should reconsider to do so. Care giving is more auto-matic than you may realize.

Has anyone ever helped you? Did you need to ask them to help; Or was it as a gift from the Source of all goodness?

In helping someone, Teachers of old suggest that you must in helping, have no strings attatched. Give freely to freely receive. As long as you help someone else you never run out of things for yourself.

I think we aren't so much helping them, but we are helping ourselves to their oil.

It isn't our place to police the world.  Conservatives used to understand that.

Only thing in the middle east - in the way of help - is to put in back - how it was.  We have no business trying to change their culture, way or living, and way of thinking.  They are not the US and western civilization.  Their beliefs and customs are different than our in US.  Would we like it, if the middle eastern countries came here and told us how to live?  If they feel they needed changes then they would of figure out what they wanted done and how to do it.  They are humans with brains too.

why shouldn't we, eliminate terrorism and liberate people who have been oppressed such as those in Iraq. we have countries telling us we cant search for osama in their borders, we have Iran threatening to build atomic weapons and we have numerous countries threatening our allie Israel

the elite people that run the USA runs the world. We need tons of oil for our daily operation per day. the oil are not use on gasoline alone unlike what most americans think. oil is used to power our lights. ran our computer. we need petroleum base for our industry. What if we have to shut down the USA for 2 days a week for lack of power? they do that to foreign countries you know. people all over the world love coming to our country for the convenience and admiration of our way of life. americans seem like the only ones who truly dont care.
