Why should you live?

Question

If you had to give a reason to God/Mother nature/the divine force or whatever your beliefs for your mortal body not to be taken from you, ie physical death! What would say to convince them you are worth hanging around Earth for a bit longer?

I want to have a husband, own family & see my kids grow.

I need to live here a little longer my job is not done their is more work to be done before i go home to my love ones. so trust me be my friend and we will both enjoy each other company here on this side were we both belong. let us climb to the highest mountain. swim in the river. and lets just sit down for awhile and share each others company before i leave this beautiful place. for you are my sister my brother  and that is all i need to know. so go forth my man until we meet again and may all the dreams you are wishing for comes true  to you when you go on to your next place  in life. and remeber to keep a light on

I have a life list. I'd wave it in their faces and say, "Look at this! I'm not finished yet!"

But if this really happened, I'd probably faint from shock to see some divine force in my house.

no choice till we croak off...we should repent before that if we wish to live again....the earth itself isnt human...

I've already given up most of my dreams. Plus, I have a life where nothing has ever been easy, I'm not a lucky person really, most of what I get I have to get it from hard work and a lot of frustration. But I would tell Him I have a 10 year old son who really needs his father. All the rest, even people who care for me but are adults, is relatively secondary because they can eventually do without me.
