  1. Hydro-planing.

When the tires loose contact with the road  and are floating  on thin film of water.

  2. YOUR STOPPING DISTANCE INCREASES WITH WET PAVEMENT OVER DRY,

  3. Your handling and breaking distance become worse because of the slickness of the road.

  4. the possibility of hyrdroplaning increases with worn tires

  5. because you can hydroplane, meaning water gets inbetween the tires and the surface of the pavement.

if is also harder to break because your tires have nothing to "grab onto" when your stopping and that will cause you to slide or lose control.

  6. Because the roads get slippery from road oil that comes to the surface of the road and also hydro-planeing.
