I used to go on Disneychannel.com and do you know how it says send a email and do you know how it says name age and state. I did that and I putted my real name, real age and real state and I got yelled at. I did this when I was either 11 or 12. I don't remember. Anyways right now I'm 14 and I asked my sister and she said you shouldn't give out that stuff even if it is fake. Why shouldn't you though? It was Lizzie Mcguire btw so I was probably like 10. oh who cares. If your gonna say something mean or rude then don't answer

  1. "real information even if it's fake?

If it is real it is not fake.

  2. Usally you will get scam mail in your mail box or maybe even come kidnap you who knows.

But it ok to put fake information as it won't hurt you unless they trace the IP address the fake information was sent from. Then they could contact your ISP and ask for your address if they have a good reason for it.

  3. I like to come up with a fake name and age and address and even make a fake email account. That way, your real account doesn't get spammed. I think the real reason most sites want your info is so they can sell it to advertisers. Be careful though.

  4. The reason is because a predator could try and track you down.  There are a lot of bad people out there and you do not want to get to know them.

  5. If it is fake, then it is not real, unless it is really fake.  But then you could say it was fake, not real.  Unless this answer is fake, or maybe it is real.

Fake or real - doesn't matter - don't give it out - you are just setting your self up for trouble. Really.
