Why shouldn't Sarah Palin be blamed for her daughter Bristol getting pregnant?

Sarah Palin served as a mentor to Bristol for 17 years! Bristol had to listen to her mentor a lot!

Perhaps Palin said 'No!' and the daughter wanted the 'forbidden fruit'. Believe it or not, teenagers have minds of their own and are bound to make mistakes. To accuse Palin would be saying she was completely controlling her teenage daughter, and we all know teenagers can't be controlled ;)

Because was she there when her and her boyfriend were pounding away?  Of course not, kids don't always listen to their parents, I know I didn't, did you?  Geez you guys act like they were the freakin Brady Bunch.  Did you listen to your parents when you were at hippy conventions? Nah, probably not

Oh get real!  

Responsible parents who have been teaching their kids good moral values have no guarantee their kids will adhere to it!  Some kids do, some don't - as a parent, you do your best and hope they make good choices.  

Sarah Palin is a parent, and kids rebel all the time.  

Sarah Palin is showing class and the fact that she is a good parent by supporting her daughter.  She is not insisting that Bristol marry the baby's father, but will support her daughter if she chooses to do this.  Which is a whole lot more than alot of liberals would do in this case...the best they'd do is drive their daughter to an abortion mill to kill their grandchild.

The thread originated on the dailykos.com. Could these morons be more vile and disrespectful? Slander and liable are not speech protected by the first amendment. I cannot wait for the day when someone finally sues the pants off the dailykos.com. It is one thing to attack Sarah Palin, she chose a career in politics, but to attack her minor children is just disgusting. This is just the same kind of vile attacks the uber-liberal demoncraps threw at Chelsea Clinton (who by the way was not running for office) during the primaries. I'd love to see one of these "bloggers" grow a pair and say something like this to Gov. Palin's face. I'd love to see one of these "truth seekers" provide evidence to support their claims. George Soros should have his visa revoked for funding the dailykos.com.

Don't forget to pat yourself on the back for posting a completely irrelevant liberal rant passive aggressively attacking Gov. Palin through her minor daughter.
