Why shouldnt kids be allowed to use their cellphones?

kids in their age of 0 to 13.

these are the negative effects that ive already put: electromagnetic radiation, bullying, ... i guess thats about it loll. i was thinking of putting something about the fact that cellphones make kids unsafe, but to what extent? i dont know. can you guys look with me?

Because kids of the future shouldn't be playing with their cellphone instead hide and seek, house or whatever they want to play. I think that a proper age for a child to have their first cellphone is 10. If you live in the city, maybe 8 is good. Besides it's weird... My first cellphone was a brick.

If kids are listening to their cell phones they won't be paying attention to the world around them - the friends they're with, teachers, the traffic etc.

Parents can't check on their children's friends if they don't come round to the house in person.

Children can be mugged for their cell phones.

Texting can make it much harder to learn proper spelling.

I will not go into all the reasons that I have read about. I will give you one example of what I consider a possible serious problem that I really do not hear anyone speak about. Some years ago I read an article on the subject. Included in the article were some X-Rays of the skulls of individuals using cell phones. The penetration of the Non-Ionazing Radiation pentatrated younger childrens skulls deeper into their brains than adults. It did penatrate the adult brains as well. I think that the subject is up in the air how much damage this may be causing because these devices have really not been around long enough in these numbers or If there really is any damage done. I will under the circumstance say I doubt and this is only my personal opinion the phones are not contributing to anyones good health.

there is electromagnetic radiation everywhere, even TV and computer has it.  I think cell phone is quite safe.

There are some "negatives" to be sure, but for 12 year olds, I would say that the positives of having a cell phone outweigh the neg.

Just put your foot down and let the children know when, where and how a cellphone can be used.
