Why so many people?

Why the h**l are there so many people using this right now? I go to answer a question and there are hundreds of answers.

Alex, it says you asked this one day ago, so you asked it on Sunday, July 8th.  In America, this is a holiday weekend.  Sunday would have been the last day of the holiday, so I suspect a lot of people might have been online catching up with email or just finding something to do with their time.  I find that most weekends are busier online and summer in general is also busier.
