I am an Hispanic woman and I really dislike seeing how people hate on Muslims because of what happened in 9/11. I think is really immature to blame ALL OF THEM. not Everybody in their culture think the same.the ones who did the terrorist attacks where extremists.

I put myself in their shoes thinking how would it been if those who did that where Hispanics...it doesn't matter if I was Argentinian, Dominican ,Venezuelan whatever.....people would attacked us too..

please no racists comments..

  1. I'm not touching this with a 10 foot pole...

  2. This world is full of hatred. It's NOT good at all. It's so many bad people in this world and great people in this world. Just make yourself a better person and ignore the other people who are full of negative energy. <3

  3. Well, when I saw the towers get crashed into with airplanes--and all those poor, innocent people murdered--I thought, "That has the CIA all over it, and some of the hysterical exhibitionism of George Bush Sr.  I suppose they'll blame it on Muslim extremists, and work it around somehow so it justifies our support of the Terrorist State of Israel...Maybe even get us involved in some dumb-*** piratical military adventures they'll call 'Wars.'""  And damned if that isn't what they did.  Personally, though a WASP male, I've always been very fond of Arabs and Islamic culture.

  4. not to be racist, but demographically speaking it give them a reason.

  5. do you include the "hate and ignorance" of racist hispanic gangs like la raza, ms-13, or the LA kings?

put yourself in OUR shoes. we've lived in america all our lives, do you think we appreciate these gangs sneaking into our country illegally and terrorizing our citizens and turning our once nice areas into crime and drug infested h**l holes?

now right away, you'll call me a "racist". but if you do, you're being a hypocrite.

what if it were WHITE americans who bombed your city?

you'd want anyone with lighter skin than yours put to death.

you see, that's the hypocritical nature of political correctness.

it's ok for YOU to be a racist against people you don't like such as white americans who did nothing to you, but if we hate muslims who bombed our cities and killed thousands of our people, how dare us!!!!

  6. you want ignorance go to, you havent seen ignorance until you see this site and whats funny is how popular it is

    http://www.yournobody.com/

  7. the racism today isn't stemming from hatred as much as it is fear...

with so many bombings appearing on the news nowadays people sometimes act irrationally when confronted by someone of equal description as the one they saw blowing up a school on TV

if you saw somebody with a rainbow sweater on stab a man in broad daylight you'd probably feel uncomfortable around somebody else with the same sweater

  8. Because the people in this World make it that way.Isnt it a pity & sad.

  9. We hate what we fear.

  10. actually i am half muslim and someone i have known for almost forever  said I! caused the war! and i am pakistani i was very mad i competely agree with u

  11. Yes, it is wrong that people hate on entire cultures based on one extremist group, but 9/11 is not the only reason some people don't like muslims.

We need to emphasize in the media for those with smaller minds that the muslims weren't responsible for what happened, the terrorists were. I respect your opinion very much girl.

  12. I would just bear in mind that hate=fear. People need someone to blame in the wake of their fear, because they are too afraid to look at the real truth. Also, media doesn't help, spreading a sense of panic and always portraying things in a negative light. I am caucasian but it also saddens me whenEVER racism/prejudice prevails.

  13. I agree and its wrong that people judge the whole group of muslims because of what happened. Its not right. All this ignorance need to stop. God will put an end to this one day.

  14. SINCE 9/11, THE AMERICAN PUBLIC HAS BEEN BRAINWASHED INTO HATING EVERYTHING FOREIGN. IT STEMS FROM THE INSECURE FEELINGS THAT AROSE FROM THAT EVENT. IT IS CALLED XENOPHOBIA. ALSO IT IS EASIER FOR OUR LEADERS TO COERCE US IF WE ALL CONCENTRATE ON THAT IDEA.

  15. well i am actually muslim but i learn to live with it

i dont really care because although it is immature

some ppl are mature enough to ignore it

  16. not everyone is like that you know. i'm not. i understand people come to america for a better life.

  17. I agree. I think people forget that we are not only a bundle of different countries, but one, massive, human race. Why can't we act like it?

  18. That's just the way the world is. It can be cruel sometimes and there's nothing we can do about it. All you can do is surround yourself with positive people and things and ignore the negative.

  19. ever read the Quran? the true followers of the Quran are the ones that hate America. they hate America because it was founded on Christianity. The Quran encourages Muslims to kill anyone who does not follow the Quran(infidels). most muslims in America have never even read the Quran, they just follow it because of what other Muslims tell them the religion states.

  20. Because the majority of America is too ******* ignorant and wants someone to blame for 9/11. Little do most of the people here know that we've all been lied to.

  21. Although I understand the point of your question and examples, I have to point something out:

Muslim is not a culture or a race; it is "a person who peacefully submits his or her self to God; a follower of the faith of Islam."  It is a person of a certain religion (like a Catholic or Baptist who is a person who submits themselves to Christianity).

Most people who judge, hate, etc. is purely out of ignorance - "The condition of being uneducated, unaware, or uninformed".  Humans judge on race, religion, any difference, etc. as we all know.  Plus out of fear of what we don't know and human nature.

I am an educated American professional that lived in Miami until recently, among other places, as a result of my profession in international business.  As a result, I was exposed to many other cultures, races, people and travel.  (Miami and surrounding area is one of the most internationally diverse cities on the globe.)

I hate to say it but it has opened my eyes to many things many Americans are so arrogant and ignorant about.  You mentioned you tried to put yourself in their shoes but you cannot if you are not Muslim and made a huge sacrifice for the love of your God and beliefs.  I cannot ever understand that because I am I am not Muslim; I am Christian.  My faith does not follow the same beliefs.

I have friends that are Muslim and of many other religions (and most all friends/neighbors are also educated professionals from all over the world.  They are very different than me and I respect that.  Until you have a chance to see the USA from their eyes (and respect their own cultures and differences - religion, etc.) it is something you will never understand until you are submerged in it on a level like that.

We are the most arrogant and greediest country on the globe.  We have so many things other countries do not we take forgranted everyday.  We barge in to other people's countries and impose our beliefs on them, our government and our language they "should" learn.  Stop and think about this - we would never tolerate it if a country did that to us.  The USA sets a very bad example of double standards on this globe.

It is no surprise to anyone outside of the United States someone targeted the World Trade Center (symbolic of our wealth and greed)?  Then the Pentagon after?  (symbolic of our government)  I'm not saying we ever deserved it....but we are a very wonderful but arrogant and ignorant country compared to the rest of the globe.  And actually, we fall short in education compared to numerous other countries we think we are "smarter" than.

All said - ignorance and arrogance.  Sadly, it goes across the globe...from world leaders to citizens that don't understand and aren't willing to try to if it's not the same as their own beliefs.

Sorry so long but I really had to point this out because of the importance of this topic and understanding of respecting and trying to learn global differences the way our world is going.  It's reality.

  22. I wholeheartedly agree. Christians really are no better than other religions. Ever heard of the Crusades??? Americans in general are conceited into believing we are the greatest nation in the world, while European countries have stronger economies, less crime, and overall more intelligent people. Just because we have more guns does not mean we are the best. It is that kind of personality that makes me regret being an American. Besides- there are intellectuals and peaceful people in every country. Stereotyping an entire country is an immature and neanderthal way of thinking, but both sides have people that do it. So really, neither side is better. Both Muslims and Christians have to deal with the racism of the insecure people on the other side.

  23. well think a little

  24. we are human and we are all sinful by nature....

  25. I dont hate, act ignorant, or am racist against other races.  Not everybody hates.  But you just have to face that facts that some people are going to hate no matter what.  People think what they want to think and you can't change their minds no matter how hard you try.

  26. even tho you are an infidel i agree with you. praise allah!

  27. Yes they are still catching extreme h**l from that day and sadly that will not come to pass anytime soon. If everyone could successfully put themselves in someone else's shoes hate would almost cease to exist. But some people dont want to see it from another person's perspective. Ignorance is bliss

  28. I agree with you.

911 was the work of fanatics that betray every value of Islam.

Strange how, when Timothy McVeigh bombed the building in Oklahoma, nobody blamed all the Christians, but when bin Laden bombs a building, 1.3 Billion people are held responsible.

    It makes no sense.
