Why so much severe weather?

i almost died just then when thunder hit.

sooo scary!

does anyone know why its been like this lately?

  1. Weather goes in cycles.


  2. It isn't its just that there are more human living in Developing country than every before which were hit even before with same amount of ferocity of weather as before. But as there are more people living in that same area there are more effected.

    For instance population of India was 200 million in 1940s today its 1.2 Billion, population density increased.

    Other thing is migration of people, when new people come to a different area they tend to live where ever they find cheaper land mostly in developing countries the "cheaper land" is really cheap when it comes to flooding and issues such as that, thus more people are effect by floods and weather related issues.

    Other thing is Media, if something like half the population had died of a certain country in 1600, people might now even know about it, but today due to media and internet we come to know about the problem real fast.

  3. i also expereinced that just yesterday. it felt like a big firecracker had just exploded near your eardrums. so scary, anyway it's because of global warming. too much heat on our mother earth. lately there;s been more thunderstorms, typhoons and tornadoes. i don't know if earthquake and tsunami counts. maybe.....
