Why some black people are racist against hispanics?

Im not being racist I have black friends, but some black people are really racist idk why

'cos of the hispanics, blacks r being marginalized.  some blacks, in fact many feel that they are no longer an object of attention, no longer in centre stage.  the hispanics is more compromising than them.  they suffer less discrimination and they r newer in the continent.  they didnt go thru the slave trade.  all these factors make them envious / angry. this is totally misplaced and misguided

how to change it?  idk
