Business opportunity are abundance in the world not only in Singapore.  One must have vision and the correct management and type of businesses to go into.  Take for example the Bubble Tea craze some succeed many fail , Why? you tell me

Past few years,I saw quite a few cases.

Most of them was doing well or ok when they running " one man show" or without a proper office.

When they move on to have an office or change to a bigger office, businesses started to downhill.

Why?

1. They had slacken, basically they stay in the office most of the time.

2. Under estimate the over-heads costing.

3. Many copy cat appeared.

4. Competitor slash price and under cut.

Above are just few point that I saw it personally. Many more reasons.
