  1. The Persian Gulf is the body of water between Iraq, Iran, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.  The body of water between Oman and Iran is the Oman Gulf.  Some people consider the entire area, from the Arabian Sea to Iraq, the Arabian Gulf.

  4. This has been a fight for 60 years. They dont want to recognize as Persian well because of sour politics. It is the persian golf, in the UN it has passed many times that it will not change but americans started this. By the way check out a video with Mike Wallace and the Shah of Iran from 35 years ago. when mike wallace says arabian gulf, the shah says mr. wallace have u been educated? he says yes. The shah says why does an educated man call it the arabian gulf when he knows its the persian gulf. Mike wallace is shocked and appoligizes
