Why some girls have Shiny shoulder(s)?

I saw this girl one time and while she was writing on paper using her right hand, her left shoulder got really shiny as she press down on her left arm. How her shoulder get shiny like that?

any kind of skin moisturizer.

Probably some cream like an cocnut oil or fake tan

it could be the light reflecting off of it

or she can be oily

or it can be a certain lotion

but if most people saw someones body part was shiny

they would think dirty & oil

i would stick to lotions with glitter, to give a little sparkle
