Why some people on ebay have negative feedback and they are still members of ebay?

they sold faulty items and items that dont work, without letting the bidder know it and they still members of ebay, i dont get it

Me neither mate,i,ve been stitched before and they still trade by trading under a different name or just lie and take a chance they might get away with it.

You have to REALLY s***w up a LOT to get suspended. I've got a seller I'm dealing with right now, who hasn't shipped an item I paid for back in MAY -- and apparently he's done this to at least NINE other buyers --  he's got TEN negative feedbacks in the last MONTH, and he's only had his account since APRIL.  He's in Thailand (yeah, I should have known better than to buy something from someone in another country).

I've filed a claim through PayPal and it was decided in my favor, but I doubt I'll see my $150. Lesson learned, no more international purchases. This is the FIRST time since I've had my Ebay account (nearly 10 years), that I've had trouble with a seller not shipping something I paid for.

Ebay has recently done something really aggravating when it comes to feedback -- you're allowed to make yours PRIVATE, so other people can't see what kind of comments being left about you -- even if you got ten negatives. You can see their overall count, but you can't see details.

Neste mundo não podemos não devemos jamais acreditar na conversa  das pessoas, temos somente que acreditar naquilo em que vemos e enchergamos, lição que recebi a muito tempo. VER PARA CRER  , VER  E TER CERTEZA DO QUE COMPRAR.

You have to do your job and report them properly to ebay. The more information you give the better. Ebay won't know unless they're notified by the members.

you have 3 strikes if you do get to 3 strikes then you get kicked off i know its stupid i have had promlems with ebay sellers as well
