Why some people think aliens would come to earth and become our friends?

i don't think alien will come to earth and wanna become our friends...imagine what humans would do to other lower creatures if we were to find an earth like planet with not so intelligent life? They would probably become our food or our pets...

why would they be hostile? we don't have to worry because aliens never have, and probably never will come to earth.

well there really are only three options... they come to destroy us, they come to befriend us, or they don't come at all....

That is a good question, but if you read all of the evidence of UFO sightings, they may be watching us now, for what reason we don't know. Another theory is, we were put here by aliens, and they are observing us, to see how we are evolving.

If Aliens so exist and they have the technology to get to earth that means their technology is far more develop than ours.

Which means they make us do whatever they want......
