Why sometimes when I open a program on my pc, a message say's eg: "one stop access has stop working".?

Sometimes this massage appears on my screen whenever I try to open a program on my pc. help me please. The message appears even if i try to reinstall the program.

  1. Are you using  stop sign anti virus? If so, it sounds lile the program is corrupt.
