Why still our indian trains are not in good condition?

Its bcoz of us only. We Indians do not have culture.............we dont know what is cleaniness...................and we have the habit of blaming others.....................w spit everywhere..do not bother to throw junk in the dust bin.....and we blame other.........why?

Did the train come out of the factory with broken lights and bad paintwork?

Does the train operator send someone around to spread filth in the toilets or break the door locks?

Do the train crews scatter litter on all the platforms as they pass?

Is the train driver responsible for scratching the glass in the windows?

If the answer to these is NO, then it must be the travelling passengers who make the trains in bad condition.

It's not just in India - all over the world it is the public who damage the trains not the operators.
