Why store like Ross, Big 5 cost less than counterparts?

Is it because they hire less staff, unfashion item?

  1. Because they are reject items that noone wanted at the good stores where they had to pay full price for them, and yes for the clothing they are not current season.


  2. Ross buys only overstocked, discontinued and seconds.  They buy them cheap.

    Big 5 buys primarily from China at good prices.
